Skylar Tarbet PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Specializing in Orthopedics, Post-operative Rehabilitation, Spine disorders, Aquatic Therapy, Manual Therapy, Pain Management, Neuro Rehabilitation, Balance and Vestibular dysfunction
Dr. Tarbet grew up in Pocatello, Idaho where he attended Idaho State University and subsequently moved to Utah to complete his education at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. He completed clinical rotations in outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehabilitation and acute care environments where he was able to gain experience in a wide variety of situations including heart transplants, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, pediatrics, aquatics, chronic pain, orthopedics, total joint replacements and vestibular disorders. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 kids, riding motorcycles, competing in long range precision rifle series, hunting, fishing and camping.
Samuel Moore PT, DPT

Specializing in Orthopedics, Post-surgery Rehabilitation, Spine disorders, Manual Therapy, Pain Management, Trigger Point Dry Needling, and Balance dysfunction
Dr. Moore has dedicated his career to making therapy services available and more accessible in rural Nevada and Utah. He has helped open and run 6 clinics over his 20 plus year career and finds much satisfaction helping his patients reach their maximum physical potential. He moved his family to Spring Creek, NV in 2015 with the vision of making medical services easier to access in our outlying communities. He has persevered in making this happen. In his time off he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, fishing and boating.

Melissa is a native of Elko and has a vast knowledge about the area. She is the welcoming, friendly face that greets clients and guests upon their arrival at Elko Spine Physical Therapy. She also assists clients with the necessary documentation for therapy, confirms insurance coverage and helps to answer all your questions.
